We produce the products after the order is received. Please accept that it may take between 5-15 days for the order to be shipped from us. For some periods, you need to calculate longer delivery time.
1. RETURN POLICY
Please contact myfurbaby.no before returning goods.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused. If the product is damaged or used it cannot be refunded. Remember to include contact information with your return. If possible, provide a tracking number and a brief description of the case.
myfurbaby.no recommends that you receive a receipt and tracking number for the return from the carrier, since this makes it easier to follow up the return. myfurbaby.no will make a refund for approved returns.
1.2 PRODUCTS NOT APPROVED FOR RETURN
Several types of goods cannot be returned. We do not accept return of leash, collar and pet tags as well as custom ordered products.
In order to be able to return a product, we require a receipt or documentation of the purchase. Do not return the product to the manufacturer. You will receive the return address via mail.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of goods. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund. How long it takes before the product you switch to arrives depends on the place of residence and the shipping company’s delivery time.
If you ship an item worth over 1000 NOK, you should send the package with tracking or insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the return goods.
2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We do not allowreturn of a range of goods, see Section 1.2. Goods that are not related to anything will be possible to return to us, for example, sleeping mats. We allow return in 14 days. In order to return an item, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning.
2.1 MONEY BACK
You can only get the money back if we have not started the production of your order. If you regret your purchase, please send us an email; email@example.com. If the return is approved, the refund is processed and the money is automatically returned to your credit card or other form of payment over a given number of days.
2.3 LATE OR FAILURE TO REFUND
If you have not received a refund, please re-check your bank statement. Then contact the credit card company, this because it may take a few days before the money is posted on the card/ ccount. 2.4 PRODUCTS OM SALE
Unfortunately, we can only refund items sold at regular price. Sales items or goods purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.

My Furbaby is not responsible for the package if you have chosen "letter post without tracking" if the package get lost in post or dont show up.
