By placing an order in this shop you accept and agree that you have read our terms of sale and the page with information about our products (HERE). We produce the products after the order is received. Please accept that it may take between 5-15 days for the order to be shipped from us. For some periods, you need to accept longer delivery time.

1. SHIPPING

You have the opportunity to choose with or without tracking.

My Furbaby is NOT responsible for the package if the package get lost in post, stolen or don’t show up.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN
We do not accept return of any products made by My Furbaby, because every item is made to order.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

We do not allow return of a range of goods, see Section 2.1. 

3.1 MONEY BACK
You can only get the money back if we have not started the production of your order. If you regret your purchase, please send us an email; myfurbabyy@gmail.com. If the return is approved, the refund is processed and the money is automatically returned to your credit card or other form of payment over a given number of days.

3.2 LATE OR FAILURE TO REFUND
If you have not received a refund, please re-check your bank statement. Then contact the credit card company, this because it may take a few days before the money is posted on the card/ ccount. Then contact the bank. It usually takes a few days before a refund is posted. If you have done all this and you still haven’t received the money, please contact us at: myfurbabyy@gmail.com.

4.1 WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you buy something from our store we will collect information from you as part of the purchase process, this includes name, address and e-mail address.

When you look at the items in the store, we automatically get the IP address of your computer. This gives us information about browser and operating system.

With your permission, we will send you emails with information about our new products and other updates.

When you provide personal information to conduct a trade, confirm credit card, order goods, arrange delivery or return a purchase, we consent to you giving your consent to the collection and use of this information solely for the purpose stated.

Our store is hosted at 07 Media. This company provides the e-commerce platform that we use to sell our products and services. Your information is stored through My Furbaby’s data storage, databases and My Furbaby’s online store application. 07 Media stores your information on a secure server behind a firewall.

4.7 PAYMENT
If you choose a direct payment solution to complete the purchase, our third-party payment solution may use your credit card information for this purpose.

4.8 THIRD PARTY SERVICES
Generally speaking, third party services used by us will only collect, use and share your information to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.

However, some third-party service providers, such as payment solutions and other transactional services, have their own policies in relation to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. 5. RESPONSIBILITY

5.1 NOT «PET PROOF»
Our products are not “pet proof”. They can be torn, chewed, broken, warn or other.  We are not responsible for damage.

5.2 WARNING
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET UNATTENDED WHILE WEARING OUR PRODUCTS. Take it off your pet when you are not in attendance or when pet is sleeping. This, along with any over the neck item, poses a choking hazard. My Furbaby is not responsible for misuse, damage, or other due to our products.

We are not responsible if your product made by My Furbaby is chewed or damaged from pet or daily/improper use.

My Furbaby can not be claimed responsible if something happens to you, your pets, other pets and other humans when using our products.

5.3 PET TAGS
Check your pets tag daily to ensure it is secured and in working condition. We will not refund or replace tags that have been lost. The tag, split ring and/or lobster clasp will deteriorate over time and need replacement. This is all part of normal wear and thus should be checked daily.

6. CHANGES IN THESE TERMS OF USE

We reserve the right to change our terms of use at our sole discretion. We therefore recommend that you review the terms regularly.

Changes and clarifications take effect immediately after they are posted on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you of the update here so that you are aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and / or disclose it. If the store is purchased or merged with another store, the information can be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell you goods.
